Thank you for choosing to book with Haley Preston. A NON REFUNDABLE deposit MUST be made or your appointment will NOT be approved. All deposits are used towards your service. There is a 10 minute grace period for each client. Failure to show within the 10 minute grace period will result in your service being canceled and you WILL be charged the FULL service amount. To cancel or change your appointment you must do so 48 hours prior to your appointment time or you will still be paying for a service you did not receive.
